About Us

Metal Masters was founded in 1984.

In 2016 the company was purchased by two long time employees, Randy Laymon and Clint Taylor. Randy and Clint both completed their four-year apprenticeship program after joining Metal Masters and have fabricated and installed for several years. Both are very determined and skilled in their respective areas of expertise and are excited to lead a successful company well into the future.

Randy Laymon, President

Randy began his career with Metal Masters in 1997. Starting as an apprentice, he has gained experience in all areas of the company. His most recent position was project manager/estimator. Randy’s primary focus as President remains in estimation and commercial sales, as well as managing day to day operations of the company.

Clint Taylor, Vice President

Clint also began working as an apprentice for Metal Masters in 1997. He is well versed in all aspects of the company having been involved in project management, industrial estimation and quality control. As Vice President, Clint oversees all industrial and fabrication estimation and management needs of the company.
